Charming Rooftop Cafe

Lovely little cafe on the 22nd floor of the National Library! Varied menu for food and drink, resonable prices for a "rooftop" up high. Chilled lounge music, relaxing atmosphere. The furniture may not be the most modern, but it feels like a ski resort or mountain house. Lots of books to enjoy 😎

Scenic Views and Tasty Treats

Amazing view with tasty coffees and reasonable prices. Worth a visit. Relaxing atmosphere, good service, and of course, a nice view. Though this is not the place for a proper lunch or dinner, it's fine for quick bites. Portions are generous or decent at the least, coffee is very good. Waiter openly speaks about desserts, some of which come half cooked. Restrooms are within the cafe. A good place to have a rest after some guided tour.
